I have used Rakesh from Hi-Rise Painters and Decorators on several jobs over the last couple of years and decided to use them again to paint the entire inside of our building and to remark all our car parks. We are an office of 90 people so when we do work inside the building we like it done with as little disruption as possible.Rakesh came in and measured up and Shobha sent through an easy to ready quote outlining the cost for everything but broken down into smaller areas.
Rakesh and his team came in at night time and magically moved all the furniture and painted and put it back so that in the morning there was no trace of them being except the place looked great with its new paint job. This was fantastic for me as we are a busy office and no work area was out of action during working hours which was great.
What I liked most of all was that Rakesh either came in or range me during business hours to let me know when he was coming and which part he was doing so that at all times I know exactly where we where. Rakesh was a pleasure to work with and I would used him again as he is a trust worthy and reliable trades person - he charges exactly what the quote says and the job is completed in a timely manner

Excellent Planned Project
Rakesh, Shobha and the team were superb throughout our project. We had planned an exterior paint job and soon settled into an interior paint job as well. We ended up renovating every aspect of the interior with a great team of trades people. At every point Rakesh was there supervising, assisting or filling in because he is a multi-tasker. I cannot believe how easy our total renovation became, and also cannot believe how hard other trades people make it for our friends and neighbours. We were blessed and would recommend Rakesh and Shobha for any job. They are totally professional and also - hugely important - they charge what they say they will, turn up when they promise and leave the place spotless at the end of every day- Paula Yeatman
